الإجابة: C. Control bleeding from the wound
The patient is in haemorrhagic shock (BP 90/50, HR 130) from a massively bleeding scalp wound. With GCS 12 he is not in coma (GCS ≤8), so the airway is not the immediate threat. Controlling the ongoing bleeding is the essential first step of resuscitation; running fluids without controlling the source is counterproductive. A central line and CT head do not stop the bleeding and come later.
