الإجابة: B. Multiple endocrine neoplasia 2a
Neck (thyroid) swelling + hypertension and palpitations (pheochromocytoma) + polyuria and nephrolithiasis (hypercalcemia from hyperparathyroidism) = MEN 2A: medullary thyroid carcinoma, pheochromocytoma and hyperparathyroidism. MEN 1 lacks a thyroid tumor and pheochromocytoma. MEN 2B lacks hyperparathyroidism and has mucosal neuromas and a marfanoid habitus. Papillary carcinoma explains only the swelling.
