الإجابة: D. TSH and Ultrasound
For a non-tender anterior neck swelling that moves with swallowing and has no other features, start with TSH and ultrasound. TSH is the initial screening test, and US (TI-RADS) decides whether to do FNA. FNA is done only after US shows a suspicious nodule. Free T4 is checked only after an abnormal TSH. CT is not part of the initial work-up.
