الإجابة: B. Grave’s disease
Hyperthyroid symptoms (tremor, palpitations, sweating, weight loss) plus a painless diffuse goiter and exophthalmos point to Graves' disease. Graves ophthalmopathy is specific to it. A colloid goiter is non-toxic. Granulomatous (de Quervain) thyroiditis is painful and transient. Adenoma and papillary carcinoma do not cause eye signs.
