الإجابة: D. CT scan with contrast

✓ مطابق للمصدر Diverticular disease.pdf · p. 1

LLQ pain with fever and tenderness suggests acute diverticulitis, which is diagnosed and staged with a CT scan. Colonoscopy (and contrast/barium studies) are avoided in the acute phase because of perforation risk, and laparoscopy is not a diagnostic first step.
