الإجابة: B. Pelvic Ultrasound
This young woman has atypical, improving RIF pain with a normal temperature and WBC. In females with RLQ pain, especially with atypical symptoms, pelvic ultrasound comes first to exclude gynecological causes, then CT if needed. Urgent appendectomy is for typical presentations, and percutaneous drainage needs a proven abscess.
