الإجابة: A. Le pneumothorax.
Subclavian (or internal jugular) central line insertion can cause an iatrogenic pneumothorax by inadvertent pleural puncture. Here the line was on the left, percussion is hyper-resonant, and the trachea is pushed away to the right, so this is a left (tension) pneumothorax. A collapsed right lung would be dull to percussion, not hyper-resonant, and does not fit the side of the procedure.

-
A
ليش صح
In tension pneumothorax the trachea deviates to the side opposite the pneumothorax; a right-shifted trachea with hyper-resonance after a left subclavian line means a left pneumothorax.
