الإجابة: A. Inferior MI
Right-sided chest leads (e.g. V4R) are ordered in inferior MI because inferior STEMI is usually due to RCA occlusion, which can also infarct the right ventricle; RV infarction causes hypotension with clear lungs. Dextrocardia is also recorded with right-sided leads, but in a hypotensive ACS context the reason is to look for RV infarction with inferior MI. Anterior MI (LAD) is assessed with V1–V4.

A
ليش صح
Inferior STEMI is due to RCA occlusion, which can also infarct the right ventricle, so right-sided chest leads are checked for RV infarction.

C
ليش غلط
Anterior STEMI is the LAD territory, assessed in leads V1–V4, so right-sided leads are not the reason.
