الإجابة: B. Correct hypotension
This is a head-injured polytrauma patient (GCS 11) with an open femoral fracture, which is a source of blood loss. The priority is to prevent secondary brain injury, and hypotension is a major cause of it, so correcting hypotension (circulation) comes first. In blunt trauma with brain injury, the hypotension-related rise in mortality must be avoided. A CT brain and fracture traction come after resuscitation. Hypoglycaemia is not the immediate threat here.
