الإجابة: C. Anaphylactic shock

✓ مطابق للمصدر Surgical Principles 💉.pdf · p. 94

Sudden dyspnea, diffuse wheezing, cyanosis and hypotension soon after a drug was given = anaphylactic shock (allergen exposure with rapid onset). Wheeze is not typical of PE or tension pneumothorax, and there is no chest pain to suggest MI.
