الإجابة: D. Cardiogenic shock
Hypotension with cold, clammy peripheries and a raised CVP points to cardiogenic shock. A relative bradycardia also fits, because cardiogenic and neurogenic shock are the only types that cause hypotension with bradycardia. Neurogenic shock would give warm, flushed skin and a low CVP, and hypovolemic and septic shock both have a low CVP.
