الإجابة: B. Magnesium

Loop diuretics waste both potassium and magnesium. Hypomagnesemia often goes with hypokalemia, makes it hard to correct, and causes neuromuscular excitability (tremor, hyperreflexia, confusion). The notes say to check magnesium in hypokalemia. Sodium, chloride or bicarbonate changes would not explain hyperreflexia and tremor.
