الإجابة: C. Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
Jaundice with dark urine, pale stools and a dilated CBD means choledocholithiasis on top of gallbladder stones. The summary's plan for calcular obstructive jaundice is ERCP (stone extraction) followed by cholecystectomy a few days later.
- Lithotripsy and oral cholecystogram have no role here; percutaneous cholangiography is not the routine additional step when ERCP is available.
