الإجابة: C. Occipital lobe epilepsy

Epilepsy D.pdf · p. 2
The aura localises the seizure focus: flashes of light (simple visual phenomena) arise from the occipital lobe, while temporal onset gives déjà vu, smells, rising epigastric sensation or fear. Stereotyped attacks with loss of awareness, post-ictal confusion and triggering by stress/sleep deprivation make this epilepsy, not migraine or TIA.
- Temporal lobe epilepsy (D, the old bank key) is the commonest focal epilepsy, but the sources link light flashes to the occipital lobe, so the bank key is not supported.
