الإجابة: B. Left side of brainstem

✓ مطابق للمصدر Basics of Neurology-Ali Rawas.pdf · p. 146

A crossed pattern (ipsilateral cranial-nerve signs + contralateral limb weakness) localises to the brainstem. Left facial weakness (left CN VII) and diplopia on left lateral gaze (left CN VI) with right arm and leg weakness = left ventral pontine (Millard-Gubler) syndrome, so the lesion is on the left side of the brainstem.

  • A cerebral hemisphere lesion would give face and limb weakness on the same side.
