الإجابة: A. Posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA)

✓ مطابق للمصدر 5. Acute Ischemic Stroke.pdf · p. 3

This is lateral medullary (Wallenberg) syndrome = PICA occlusion on the right: vertigo, ipsilateral (right) ataxia, hoarseness (nucleus ambiguus), ipsilateral facial and contralateral body pain/temperature loss.

  • AICA (lateral pons) also gives crossed pain/temperature loss, but with hearing loss/tinnitus and facial weakness, not hoarseness/dysphagia, which localise to the medulla.
