الإجابة: C. start headache prophylaxis with a preventative agent
Severe throbbing headache with photo/phonophobia and a sensory aura (perioral tingling) = migraine with aura. With 20 headache days per month, the priority is preventive (prophylactic) therapy (e.g. beta-blocker, topiramate, amitriptyline); abortives alone are for infrequent attacks (<4 days/month) and frequent use risks medication-overuse headache. Oxygen is for cluster headache.
