الإجابة: C. Left cerebellar hemorrhage

✓ مطابق للمصدر Basics of Neurology-Ali Rawas.pdf · p. 90

A hypertensive patient with dysarthria, nystagmus and left-sided limb ataxia (abnormal left finger-nose and heel-shin) but normal power, reflexes and cranial nerves has a cerebellar lesion. A cerebellar hemisphere lesion causes signs on the same (ipsilateral) side, so it is the left cerebellum; the cerebellum is a typical site of hypertensive haemorrhage. A pontine or internal capsule bleed would cause weakness/cranial nerve signs.
