الإجابة: D. Ultrasound of the neck and thyroid
The repeat TSH and FT4 are normal, so she is euthyroid, but she has a palpable thyroid. A palpable thyroid abnormality (goiter or nodule) is an indication for ultrasound of the neck/thyroid. Repeating TSH again is not needed because it has already normalised. Non-thyroidal illness testing does not fit, and reassurance alone ignores the palpable gland.

-
A
ليش غلط
Subclinical hypothyroidism means TSH is elevated with a normal T4; her repeat TSH and FT4 are already normal, so there is nothing to recheck.

C
ليش غلط
A palpable abnormality of the thyroid (goiter or nodule) is itself an indication for thyroid ultrasound, so reassurance alone is not enough.
