الإجابة: C. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
Irregular periods, hirsutism, acanthosis nigricans, insulin resistance, raised LH:FSH and mildly raised testosterone point to PCOS. The obesity lecture says to test for PCOS when there are irregular periods and hirsutism. Normal TSH rules out hypothyroidism and normal cortisol argues against Cushing syndrome.
