الإجابة: B. Pituitary macroadenoma
Loss of the temporal fields bilaterally is bitemporal hemianopia from compression of the optic chiasm, the classic mass effect of a pituitary macroadenoma (>10 mm). Optic neuritis and retinal detachment are usually unilateral; an occipital lesion gives homonymous, not bitemporal, defects.
