الإجابة: C. Acromegaly (GH-secreting pituitary adenoma)
Acromegaly is caused by excess GH, usually from a GH-secreting pituitary adenoma, so that is the diagnosis. Prolactinoma, Cushing disease and hypothyroidism do not cause acral and facial overgrowth; Marfan causes tall stature from birth, not acquired enlargement.
