الإجابة: C. Cushing's syndrome
Round face, dorsocervical and supraclavicular fat, proximal muscle wasting, purple striae, hypertension, hyperglycaemia and menstrual irregularity together are classic Cushing's syndrome. PCOS and type 2 DM explain only part of the picture and do not cause striae or muscle wasting; hypothyroidism does not cause hypertension with hyperglycaemia and striae.
