الإجابة: B. Pulmonary TB
Months of haemoptysis, productive cough, high fever, anorexia and wasting in someone from prison (crowded living, a classic TB risk factor) = pulmonary TB. Alveolar haemorrhage and pulmonary infarction are acute, and oesophageal cancer causes dysphagia, not haemoptysis with fever.

Constitutional plus respiratory symptoms (hemoptysis, fever, anorexia, wasting) in a patient from prison should make you think of pulmonary TB.

ليش غلط
The embolic picture is sudden pleuritic pain, dyspnea, hemoptysis and tachycardia, not a 3-month course with fever, anorexia and weight loss.
