الإجابة: B. Lung cancer

✓ مطابق للمصدر Pleural effusion.pdf · p. 7

A smoker with weight loss and anorexia, no fever or cough, and an exudative effusion points to malignancy - lung cancer is one of the two commonest causes of malignant effusion. Heart failure and nephrotic syndrome cause transudates. TB is exudative too, but the absence of fever/cough and the smoking history favour cancer.
