الإجابة: D. Switch lisinopril to labetalol
ACE inhibitors (and ARBs) are teratogenic, so lisinopril must be stopped before conception and replaced with a pregnancy-safe agent - labetalol (others: methyldopa, nifedipine, hydralazine). Losartan is an ARB (also teratogenic), and stopping all treatment leaves her hypertension uncontrolled.
