الإجابة: D. Stop indapamide and review her medications
Indapamide is a thiazide-like diuretic, and thiazides are a classic cause of hyponatraemia (renal sodium loss). The first step is to treat the cause: stop indapamide and review her other drugs. Hypertonic saline is reserved for severe/acute symptomatic hyponatraemia, and tolvaptan is not used for diuretic-induced hyponatraemia.

Tolvaptan (a vasopressin receptor antagonist) carries a concern of overly rapid correction of hyponatraemia, and it is not the step that removes a drug cause.

ليش صح
Indapamide is a thiazide-like diuretic, and thiazide-type diuretics can cause hyponatraemia, so the drug cause is stopped and her medications reviewed.

Fluid restriction (600-1000 mL/24 h) is used for euvolaemic hyponatraemia together with withdrawal of the precipitating drug, not while continuing all medications.
