الإجابة: B. Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy
Valsalva (or standing) reduces venous return, so almost all murmurs get softer - the exceptions are hypertrophic (obstructive) cardiomyopathy and mitral valve prolapse, which get louder/longer. Aortic stenosis, AR, MR and TR all decrease with Valsalva.
