الإجابة: A. Exercise treadmill ECG test
For suspected stable angina in a patient who can exercise and has a normal resting ECG, the exercise stress ECG (treadmill) is the ideal initial non-invasive test for inducible ischaemia. Pharmacological stress imaging, such as dobutamine stress echo, is reserved for patients who cannot exercise or whose baseline ECG is uninterpretable. Invasive coronary angiography is not a first-line test.

CT coronary angiography is done in symptomatic patients whose non-invasive tests are inconclusive (particularly with a poor prognosis), not as the first test in this low-risk patient.
