الإجابة: B. dry cough
Captopril is an ACE inhibitor. Its characteristic adverse effect is a persistent dry cough (about 15% of patients), caused by bradykinin accumulation; ARBs do not affect bradykinin and so do not cause it. Dizziness can come from first-dose hypotension, but dry cough is the classic, specific side effect. Erectile dysfunction and hyperglycaemia are typical of thiazides/beta-blockers, not ACE inhibitors.
