The patient is haemodynamically stable (HR 90, BP 110/71, normal Hb) with a low-grade (II) splenic injury on CT. Such injuries are managed non-operatively, with close observation and monitoring. Laparotomy (splenorrhaphy or splenectomy) is kept for patients who become unstable. The CT has already shown the injury, so diagnostic laparoscopy or an angiogram is not needed in a stable grade II injury without a blush.
