الإجابة: D. Give all possible resuscitation but don’t intubate the patient
A legally valid advance document refusing a specific intervention (a "living will") must be respected even when the patient later becomes incompetent. Other life-saving treatment can still go ahead.
- So give all other resuscitation but do not intubate.
- "Let him die" (A) withholds treatment he did not refuse.
- Intubating (B) overrides his documented refusal.
