الإجابة: C. Neurogenic shock
Quadriplegia after trauma with hypotension plus bradycardia (HR 60) and warm, pink feet, with negative FAST/CXR/pelvic X-ray and no response to fluids = neurogenic shock (loss of sympathetic tone from spinal cord injury). Hemorrhagic and non-hemorrhagic hypovolemic shock would cause tachycardia and cold peripheries.
