الإجابة: A. Hypothermia

✓ مطابق للمصدر Surgical Principles 💉.pdf · p. 96

After massive resuscitation with large volumes of crystalloid and packed RBCs, coagulopathy is mainly due to hypothermia (together with acidosis and dilution). This is why blood products are prioritised over excess crystalloid. DIC is linked to the late, irreversible stage of shock. Transfusion-transmitted infection and SIRS-related liver failure do not explain an acute coagulopathy.
