الإجابة: A. Hypovolemic shock.
A positive FAST with a distended abdomen and Hb of 7 indicates intra-abdominal bleeding, so this is hypovolemic (hemorrhagic) shock. Tachycardia argues against neurogenic shock (which causes bradycardia), and raccoon eyes indicate a skull-base fracture, not the cause of the hypotension.
