الإجابة: D. Loss of power of dorsiflexion of the right foot

✓ مطابق للمصدر PVD - Afnan.pdf · p. 31

This is acute limb ischaemia; its management depends on the Rutherford class, which is decided by sensory loss and muscle weakness/paralysis. Loss of dorsiflexion power means at least class IIb (needs immediate revascularisation) or III if complete (amputation).

  • Pulse findings, ABI and Buerger angle confirm ischaemia but do not change the class/urgency.
