الإجابة: A. Acute pancreatitis

✓ مطابق للمصدر Pancreatitis.pdf · p. 3

Severe epigastric pain radiating to the back, eased by leaning forward, plus flank bruising (Grey-Turner sign) is acute (hemorrhagic) pancreatitis. A perforated ulcer gives sudden generalised peritonitis without flank ecchymosis; cholecystitis and appendicitis do not fit.
