الإجابة: B. Restriction of free water

✓ مطابق للمصدر Surgical Principles 💉.pdf · p. 104

Postoperative hyponatremia is usually dilutional (excess free water / SIADH-type ADH release). In an asymptomatic patient, correction should be slow, by restricting free water. Hypertonic saline is reserved for severe or symptomatic hyponatremia (neurological signs); dialysis and furosemide diuresis are not first-line here.
