الإجابة: A. Congenital inguinal hernia
A sac above the inguinal ligament and lateral to the inferior epigastric vessels is an indirect inguinal hernia, which is most commonly congenital (patent processus vaginalis) - hence 'congenital inguinal hernia'. A direct hernia lies medial to the inferior epigastric vessels (Hesselbach triangle), and femoral/obturator hernias lie below the inguinal ligament.
