الإجابة: B. Resection and primary anastomosis with herniorrhaphy

✓ مطابق للمصدر Hernia - Afnan.pdf · p. 10

When the bowel in a strangulated hernia is non-viable, it is resected with primary anastomosis. In a stable patient a stoma is not needed. The hernia is then repaired with non-absorbable sutures (herniorrhaphy), not mesh, because the field is contaminated. Returning necrotic bowel to the abdomen (A) is wrong. Warm packs (D) are used only for bowel of doubtful viability, not for clearly necrotic bowel.
