الإجابة: C. Piperacillin-Tazobactam
This is uncomplicated acute cholecystitis (RUQ pain, fever, no jaundice, US-confirmed). The cohort's gallbladder notes list conservative management as IV fluids, NPO, analgesia and IV piperacillin-tazobactam, a broad-spectrum agent covering the gut Gram-negatives and anaerobes. Vancomycin and linezolid target Gram-positives (e.g. MRSA), and gentamicin alone lacks anaerobic cover.
