الإجابة: C. Pericholecystic fluid

✓ مطابق للمصدر GB and Biliary diseases.pdf · p. 13

Fever, RUQ pain and tenderness without jaundice suggests acute cholecystitis. Its ultrasound findings are an impacted stone, a non-compressible GB, wall thickening > 4 mm, pericholecystic fluid and a sonographic Murphy's sign.

  • A 2 mm wall is normal, and the GB is distended, not contracted.
  • Dilated intrahepatic ducts point to CBD obstruction, which fits less without jaundice.
