الإجابة: C. Endoscopy to confirm and treat local stricture
Radiation is a recognized cause of esophagitis and esophageal stricture, so dysphagia a few weeks after chemoradiation most likely reflects a radiation stricture. EGD shows the lesion directly, allows biopsy, and allows treatment (dilation) in the same session. Manometry is for motility disorders, and pH-metry is for reflux; neither confirms or treats a stricture.
