الإجابة: B. Loop colostomy
Formed stool means the stoma is from the colon (colostomy), not an ileostomy, which gives liquid/mushy output. Two openings in one stoma define a loop stoma (end stoma = one opening). A loop colostomy in the right upper quadrant (transverse colon) is the usual palliative diversion for an unresectable obstructing distal tumour. 'Defunctioning colostomy' describes the purpose, not the stoma type.
