الإجابة: B. Exploratory laparotomy

✓ مطابق للمصدر Bowel obstruction.pdf · p. 30

She has SBO in a virgin abdomen (no previous surgery) with peritonitis (rebound tenderness, tender all over). Both are indications for early surgery, so she needs exploratory laparotomy. Drip-and-suck observation is for simple adhesive SBO with no peritonitis. Endoscopic decompression is for colonic problems. Antibiotics alone do not treat the cause.
