الإجابة: C. gallstones ileus

✓ مطابق للمصدر Surgical Principles - Bowel Obstruction.pdf · p. 2

Small bowel obstruction + pneumobilia (air in the biliary tree) + long-standing gallstones = gallstone ileus. An inflamed gallbladder forms a fistula with the duodenum (cholecystoenteric fistula). A stone passes through it and blocks the ileum, and air goes up into the bile ducts. A neoplasm, volvulus, abscess or obturator hernia does not explain air in the biliary tree.
