الإجابة: B. Low molecular weight heparin
This is cancer-associated thrombosis (breast cancer on chemotherapy) in a stable patient with normal renal function. LMWH is the preferred agent and is continued long term in malignancy. Unfractionated heparin needs IV infusion and aPTT monitoring with no advantage here, warfarin is less reliable in active cancer, and dabigatran is not the agent the sources name for malignancy.
