الإجابة: B. Autoimmune hemolytic anemia
Haemolysis (high reticulocytes, high LDH, indirect hyperbilirubinaemia, splenomegaly) with a direct Coombs test positive for IgG in a patient with CLL is warm autoimmune haemolytic anaemia, a known complication of CLL. Hereditary spherocytosis is Coombs-negative and congenital. MAHA is Coombs-negative with schistocytes and usually thrombocytopenia, but the platelets here are normal.
