الإجابة: B. ASA100mg daily
Isolated, sustained thrombocytosis (~700,000) in an asymptomatic patient suggests essential thrombocythaemia. She is low risk (age <60, no previous thrombosis), so the cohort sources recommend low-dose aspirin alone. Hydroxyurea is added only for high-risk patients (age >60 or prior thrombosis). Phlebotomy is for polycythaemia vera. Guidelines also allow observation for 'very-low-risk' ET (JAK2-negative), but the course sources do not mention it.
