الإجابة: C. Hemarthrosis
Deep bleeding, such as haemarthrosis (bleeding into joint spaces) or muscle haematoma, is the hallmark of a coagulation factor deficiency (secondary haemostasis, e.g. haemophilia). Petechiae, epistaxis/gum bleeding and easy bruising are superficial (mucocutaneous) bleeding, typical of platelet disorders and von Willebrand disease. In vWD, spontaneous haemarthroses do not occur.
